Your Opportunity

Our St. John's office is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join the internal Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Receiving and routing calls, emails, and voicemails to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Maintaining the front desk and reception area in an organized and professional manner
  • Assisting with meeting room setup and catering for training and events
  • Ensuring the reception area is opened and closed appropriately, and security requirements are met
  • Ordering office supplies and submitting expense reports as needed
  • Preparing weekly reports for management and above
