About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintainer to join our team at Apex Tree Service Ltd. As a Grounds Maintainer, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grounds Maintenance: Perform tasks such as tying and securing plants, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, removing litter and garbage, and carting and spreading topsoil and other materials.
  • Plant Care: Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and apply fertilizers as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Write daily basic progress reports to track your work.
  • Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
