Job Title: Scaffolding Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolding Foreman/Woman to join our team at H&R Exterior Finish Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on high-rise construction sites. This is a permanent position requiring a strong background in construction and a commitment to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems on high-rise construction sites
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Perform routine maintenance work on scaffolding equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
