Job Title: Scaffolding Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolding Foreman/Woman to join our team at H&R Exterior Finish Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on high-rise construction sites. This is a permanent position requiring a strong background in construction and scaffolding, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems on high-rise construction sites
  • Supervise and train workers on scaffolding safety procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement scaffolding plans
  • Ensure all scaffolding equipment is properly maintained and stored
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in scaffolding and construction
  • Valid certification in scaffolding and construction safety
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
