H&R Exterior Finish Ltd. is seeking a skilled Scaffolding Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and safety-conscious Scaffolding Foreman/Woman to oversee the construction of high-rise buildings and other large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of scaffolding crews
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Inspect scaffolding and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on scaffolding and equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in scaffolding or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
