We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolding Foreman/Woman to join our team at H&R Exterior Finish Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on high-rise construction sites. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in construction and scaffolding, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems on high-rise construction sites
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of scaffolding crews
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on scaffolding equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in scaffolding and construction
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
