Nutrien Ag Solutions is the retail division of Nutrien, the largest crop inputs company in the world. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage divisional sales strategies to align with corporate objectives, including outlining expectations for sales, gross margin, and pricing.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Agronomists, Sales Representatives, and Branch Managers in the development, implementation, and execution of sales plans to meet performance targets and ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Manage the customer base and effectively implement customer programs.
- Oversee precision ag products and customer planning resources.
- Assist in the development of sales, operating, and capital budgets in conjunction with Divisional and Branch Management.
- Provide real-time information regarding saleable inventory, competitive pricing/programs, and sales vs. objectives.
- Offer market intelligence to Product Line Manager, Marketing, Regions, and Division Management Teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated effective experience in farm supply sales and marketing.
- University Degree in Agriculture, Commerce, or Administration.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Proficient in utilizing computers for word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.
