Commercial Lines Technical Service Representative

Ai Insurance Organization Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with producers, clients, and underwriters to process, amend, and maintain Commercial Lines policies.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Lifecycle Management: Manage the policy lifecycle of new and existing clients, including new business submissions, renewals, re-marketing, and endorsements.
- Insurance Reporting and Administration: Process insurance-related reports and contracts, such as property valuations and premium financing agreements.
- Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customers in servicing their insurance needs.
- Submission and Review: Assist producers in completing comprehensive submissions for quoting and review quotations, subjectivities, and policies for accuracy.
- Internal Procedures and Guidelines: Administer internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and underwriting guidelines.
- Endorsements and Certificates: Timely process endorsements and certificate of insurance (COI) requests.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and colleagues to accomplish team and organizational goals.
- RIBO License: RIBO licensed, in good standing with required continuing education (CE) hours.
- Commercial Insurance Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial insurance experience.
- Designations and Courses: CIP, CAIB, and CRM designations and/or relative courses are considered an asset.
- Personal Lines Experience: Personal lines experience is considered an asset.
- Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Hourly Compensation: Hourly, dependent on experience.
- Continuing Education Support: Continuing education support and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
