As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries, provide information on our services, and schedule appointments
  • Welcoming clients, processing payments, and scheduling appointments based on treatment plans
  • Preparing client files, organizing and maintaining accurate records
  • Completing daily closing tasks and balancing weekly transactions
  • Faxing requests for authorization and reports to healthcare professionals
  • Performing other related tasks to ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, an asset
  • Diploma in secretarial studies, an asset
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English, an asset
  • Good learning ability
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, an asset
