Gas Station Supervisor

- As a key member of the Circle K team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining a high level of productivity among our sales team.
- Key responsibilities include assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and authorizing returns. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising the activities of our sales team.
- We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused individual who can provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a retail or service industry setting and be able to work 35 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
