Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paradise Cannabis. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Floor Tasks: Effectively allocate duties to sales staff to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, manage stock levels, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Secondary Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, and sound judgement.
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Paradise Cannabis, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to work 35 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
