Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paradise Cannabis. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including managing sales floor staff, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate sales floor staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations
  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising displays
  • Ensure store appearance and cleanliness meet company standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
