Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth and enhance our sales efforts as we expand in home care and beyond. This critical role will be responsible for acquiring new clients and generating recurring revenue, directly impacting our team's success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate a consistent pipeline, resulting in regular demos from outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Become a trusted voice in the Home Care industry by attending conferences, developing relationships, and building new partnerships.
  • Exceed sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new products into existing accounts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline by managing opportunities at every stage of the funnel.
  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within client accounts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of closing contracts.
  • Prior experience in channel partner activities and expertise with CRM software such as G-suite and HubSpot.
  • A 'hunter' mentality, creativity in uncovering net new business opportunities, and strong people skills.
  • Superior demo skills over zoom and a willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Healthcare, specifically Home Care or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales.
