Job Description:

At Hearthstone Community Group, Inc., we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker - Home Care Specialist to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by clients' healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions:

The Support Worker - Home Care Specialist will work in clients' homes, which may involve standing for extended periods, bending, and crouching.
