Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals
  • Provide emotional support and comfort
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
Work Environment:

The Home Support Worker will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations as required.
