Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Systems Installer to join our team at TDX Infrastructure Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems, including electromechanical, analog, and digital trunking systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and analyze telecommunications systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Install and connect cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into our community, including providing assistance with settlement needs and facilitating access to community resources.
  • Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities to Indigenous workers and support their career development.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve our services and meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
