Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Systems Installer to join our team at TDX Infrastructure Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications systems, including electromechanical, analog, and digital trunking systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and analyze telecommunications systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Install and connect cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into the workforce, including providing mentorship and coaching opportunities.
  • Offer on-the-job training and mentorship to youth and Indigenous workers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
