Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Burlington. As a key member of our office operations team, you will be responsible for administering Excel workflow schedules, assigning work to staff, and resolving scheduling conflicts. You will also provide backup support for various administrative functions, including filing, logging, and client management.
Key Responsibilities- Administer Excel workflow schedules to ensure they are up-to-date and run smoothly
- Assign work to staff based on their level and skillset
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and recommend opportunities for staff to build new or ongoing skillsets
- Assist in communication regarding workflow schedule updates and escalate issues to the senior team as needed
- Build strong relationships with senior teams to ensure a solid understanding of workflow priorities
- Communicate with staff regarding staff capacity and the need for assistance
- Post-secondary education, an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel skills
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in scheduling and workflow management
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
