Job Summary

JAMIE is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including criminal record checks.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation or other approved methods for travel.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong judgment, organization, time management, adaptability, and accountability skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
