Job Description

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in our dynamic wholesale distribution business.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings, from vendor to customer, and develop expertise in sales support.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Participate in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, and financial statement analysis.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Evolve from assisting customers with product and service issues to managing large-scale projects.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

  • Learn to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5: Career Development

  • Apply your training to determine your ideal career path within our organization.

  • Assist in customer service, sales, and operations.
  • Participate in project management and account development.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree.
