We are looking for a motivated and organized Restaurant Manager Assistant to join our Burger King team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Ensure that staff are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary to avoid stockouts.
  • Train Staff: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures;
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
