Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from CAD $27.92/Hr. to CAD $29.60/Hr., depending on experience.
About the Job
We are seeking a Care Aide Specialist to join our team at Cedar Gardens in North Vancouver, BC.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities to promote maximum independence.
- Observe and document client health conditions and report significant or unsafe situations.
- Support clients with dignity and respect while promoting their autonomy.
- Promote self-direction and personal decision-making among tenants.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Grade 12 education.
- Graduation from a recognized Health Care Assistant program and at least one year of relevant experience.
- Completion of a medication management module for community health workers/long-term care aides.
- Current CPR Certificate and First Aid/Food Safe Certificates.
