Entrepreneurship Services Administrator

Invest Ottawa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entrepreneurship Services Administrator to provide world-class support to our Entrepreneurship team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping early-stage entrepreneurs turn their business ideas into reality by navigating our educational workshops and support programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer surveys and gather data for entrepreneurship services
  • Track client activity using our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics
  • Provide system assistance for CRM as needed, aligning with team members to support
  • Provide administrative and project support to other staff as required

Requirements:

  • College diploma/certificates in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Up to 1 year of experience in administrative or operational coordination roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an asset
  • English oral, reading, and writing required; French oral, reading, and writing an asset
  • Entrepreneurship experience or demonstrated interest in business an asset
