About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Specialist to join our team at PamTen. As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Testing and Data Quality Profiling: Conduct thorough testing and data quality profiling to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Establish Business Rules and Thresholds: Collaborate with the team to establish business rules and thresholds for data quality assessment.
  • Conduct Data Testing and Assessment: Perform data testing and assessment based on customized rules to ensure data quality.
  • Measure and Report on Data Quality: Measure and report on data quality assessment results and ongoing data quality improvement through the use of scorecards and/or dashboards.
  • Cleanse Data and Support Data Migrations: Identify opportunities to cleanse data prior to data migrations and support data verification and functional testing of migrated data.
  • Develop Status Reports and Liaise with Stakeholders: Develop status reports for stakeholders and liaise with business and technical leads on data analysis and reporting.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
  • Education: Completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a data analysis role involving reporting/analytics projects, data warehouse, and/or data platforms.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Data Management and Data Governance, ability to elicit data requirements and data quality rules from business use cases, and ability to simplify technology/data communications for business consumption.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Principles and Scrum Framework: Familiarity with Agile principles and the Scrum Framework is a plus.
