The Opportunity

As a Retail Pharmacy Representative, you will be the product expert, building rapport and increasing recommendation levels on products by educating retail pharmacists and pharmacy students. Your goal is to become the most trusted healthcare advisor to our customers.



Your role will involve:



  • Developing and executing your territory's business plan
  • Meeting sales objectives by focusing on building strategic partnerships with pharmacists to achieve high-quality, exclusive brand recommendations
  • Adhering to assigned call targets as communicated by the Field Manager
  • Gathering and reporting on field insights
  • Managing and tracking literature and samples in pharmacies to maximize activation of brand recommendations by healthcare professionals
  • Attending various conferences and meetings
  • Preparing and submitting administrative requirements in a quality and timely fashion

No previous sales experience in retail pharmacy and/or pharmaceutical sales? That's okay As long as you share our values, we can teach you all you need to know once you're on board.
