About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and technologies, and use this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
