Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, calculate total payment, and reconcile daily/shift payments with total sales.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise and Stock: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain a visually appealing store display, and ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, communicate effectively with management and other team members, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
