About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Eclipse Stores Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting in merchandising and store cleanliness, and staying up to date on the most current sales and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and store operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and sales-driven individual with a strong interest in fashion and retail.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
