About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BHAGWATI ENTERPRISES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Transactions: Accurately process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stock Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and ensuring the counter area is tidy.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Promotions: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and participate in sales promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
