About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Financeit. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing service requests submitted by system users
  • Providing concierge administrative support in English and French
  • Executing onboarding activities and delivering training for system users
  • Developing business process documentation
  • Contributing to department optimization and business process improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with user account management activities
  • Contributing to maintaining SLAs at 95%

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a technical environment involving multiple systems
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • A proactive and persistent approach to challenges
  • Ability to address issues with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Dedication to producing high-quality work
  • Capacity for analytical thinking and sound judgment
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients
