About the RoleAs a seasoned retail professional, you'll oversee store operations, driving sales results, expense management, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be valued in providing guidance and coaching to store staff, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Mentor and develop store staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
- A minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in operations, customer service, or merchandising.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, listen, and provide feedback effectively.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $46,410 - $65,076.* (*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position)
