At COWS, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and productivity of the store, as well as maintaining positive relationships with customers and staff.

We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the overall operation of the store is running smoothly
  • Motivating and managing a team of employees
  • Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Demonstrating COWS World Class Service standards
  • Completing payroll summaries and financial reports
  • Being aware of and enforcing company policies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous sales or management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff
  • A competitive spirit and desire to sell
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills

Physical requirements include repetitive tasks, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation is also required.

This is a seasonal position, available from mid-May to October, or year-round depending on location. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
