Job Summary

The Gucci Client Advisor is a key role within Gucci America Inc., responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This position requires a passion for luxury fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of Gucci products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, build lasting relationships, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different client needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
