About the Role:

As the Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner at Crédit Agricole CIB, you will play a critical leadership role in guiding and enhancing HR operations. This senior position requires an experienced HR professional adept at executing strategic initiatives and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute HR Strategies: Align HR initiatives with the bank's objectives, promoting a culture of high performance and strong employee engagement.
  • Lead Comprehensive Recruitment Processes: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including strategic headcount planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Implement Innovative Onboarding and Offboarding Programs: Streamline employee integration and departure processes.
  • Direct Talent Management Programs: Oversee performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads and Global HR Colleagues: Partner on talent reviews, skills assessments, and targeted development initiatives.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Coach managers on performance issues and partner with external counsel as needed for internal investigations.
  • Oversee Compensation and Benefits: Ensure decisions are aligned with market data and performance.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on complex HR issues.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Foster an environment of respect and belonging.
  • Ensure Legal Compliance: Manage mobility and career development opportunities, ensuring adherence to Quebec labor laws.
  • Drive Organizational Change: Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
