Job Summary

The Government of Alberta is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Facility and Client Support. This position requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and manage events, conferences, and meetings, requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, diplomats, and delegates, demonstrating a deep understanding of protocol and etiquette.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines, utilizing time management and organizational skills.
  • Exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Intermediate understanding of audio and visual equipment and setup.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
