Overview

Eversana seeks a highly skilled and experienced regulatory affairs professional to join our team as a Senior Regulatory Lead. This role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of regulatory affairs, supporting business development activities, and managing client deliverables.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 20+ years of experience in various pharmaceutical roles in Canada, with a strong understanding of clinical trials, new drug submissions, and public releases. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing external partners, and developing business cases for internal hiring or contracting.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong project management knowledge. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, manage multiple projects, and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with Canadian regulations
  • Manage external partners and contractors to ensure efficient onboarding and delivery of services
  • Develop business cases for internal hiring or contracting to support business development activities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and submit clinical trial applications, new drug submissions, and public releases
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, science, law)
  • 20+ years of experience in various pharmaceutical roles in Canada
  • Strong understanding of clinical trials, new drug submissions, and public releases
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
  • Strong project management knowledge
