Painter and Decorator Helper

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team at Flames Art Paint Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting our painters and decorators with various tasks related to painting and decorating projects.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading Materials
You will be responsible for loading and unloading construction materials, such as paint, brushes, and other equipment, from our vehicles to the work site.
Erecting and Dismantling ScaffoldingYou will assist our painters and decorators in erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other equipment necessary for painting and decorating projects.
Mixing and Applying MaterialsYou will help mix and apply paint and other materials to surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
Cleaning and Piling MaterialsYou will be responsible for cleaning and piling salvaged materials, such as paint cans and brushes, to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Removing DebrisYou will assist in removing rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements- Education
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work ExperienceYou must have at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Physical DemandsThe job requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy loads, and work at heights.
Personal QualitiesYou must be a team player, have efficient interpersonal skills, and be reliable.
Working Conditions- Work Environment
You will work in a variety of locations, including construction sites and warehouses.
Work ScheduleYou will work 40 to 44 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
Physical DemandsThe job requires you to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
