At Generate Concrete, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Painter and Decorator Helper to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Environment:

As a Painter and Decorator Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Will train on the job to develop the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
