{"THE ROLE": "As a key member of the Aritzia team, you will lead the team to identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow. Your expertise will be crucial in translating business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design. Ensuring the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies. Launching and maintaining technology solutions will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will work with the appropriate partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
