The LogHouse Pub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as supervising and training junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise and train junior staff members in food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
