Physiotherapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting.
- 1-3+ years of clinical rehabilitation experience, with advanced orthopedic courses being a strong asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
