Physiotherapist - Outpatient Clinic

Job Summary
Lifemark is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, creating individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with our inter-professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, including strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Delegate treatment to Registered Kinesiologists and/or Physiotherapy Assistants
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic
- Supervise Physiotherapy students (as preferred)
- Communicate with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Manage caseload in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists
- 1-2+ years' experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
