Physiotherapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, preferably with advanced orthopedic courses.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
