Physiotherapist - Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Re: Function Health Group Inc. as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. The successful candidate will work in our Occupational Rehab programs, providing expert care to clients with work-related injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify impairments and develop treatment plans for return to work.
- Prescribe and coach exercise therapy to promote client independence and timely return to work.
- Communicate effectively with clients, interdisciplinary teams, and employers to ensure seamless rehabilitation.
- Participate in regular team conferences to discuss client progress and develop strategies for successful return to work.
- University Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Member in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists in BC (CPTBC).
- Possess malpractice insurance of at least $5 million per occurrence.
- Comply with the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators (CAPR) and CPTBC practice requirements.
- Interim Registered Applicants welcome.
- Dry-Needling/IMS an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, as well as independently.
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
