We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Upstay Canada Inc.
About the RoleThe Corporate Controller will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive organizational success. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
