About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Director to join our team at Upstay Canada Inc. as a Senior Executive. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong strategic thinker who can drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors and executive staff.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to middle managers and directors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business objectives and initiatives.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of new departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting organizational objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a corporate or executive position.
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Travel may be required, with expenses paid by the employer.
