About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Director to join our team at Upstay Canada Inc. as a Senior Executive. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong strategic thinker who can drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors and executive staff.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to middle managers and directors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate resources, including human and financial resources, to implement organizational policies and programs.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to middle managers and directors.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
