Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client focus, dependability, and reliability.
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
