Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Nature's Coin Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhere to workplace safety protocols, report any incidents or hazards to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week.
