Housekeeping and Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping and Maintenance Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our resort facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure they meet expected standards and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and follow company policies.

Our Program:

  • Full-time, paid work with opportunities for overtime and gratuities.
  • No fees for job seekers.
  • Positions available for up to 6 months with the option to extend.
  • Staff accommodations available for all Mobilize staff.

Eligibility:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience an asset but not required.
  • Must be 18 years old and legally able to work in Canada.
  • Provide a clear police record.
  • A sense of adventure and willingness to learn.
